Moxibustion


Is the use of dried ground Chinese herb mugwort, burned to create warmth at the body points and promote healing. Used to treat deficiency or excess of the body, such as feeling cold, or cold hands and feet or even used in turning of a breached baby. Best RESULTS achieved when treatment starts in the 34th week of pregnancy and discontinued once babe has turned.

Gua-Cha


Is the use of stones and shells to expel stasis from the body via massage and friction.  This modality frees up the blocked Qi and blood in the body's muscles and meridian pathways, regulating the flow of Qi and blood to the subcutaneous tissues.  Guasha  is used to remedy ailments such as acute daily aches & pains, headaches and chronic severe ailments.

Cupping


Is the use of specially designed cups that create suction moving stasis of fluid  and energy in the body.
